The leafy rolling hills of Everton Park were the inspiration for Ekkopoint Properties latest multi-residential development; Vicinity.  The site’s uniquely profiled terrain allowed each dwelling to capture views to the surrounding bush & landscaped areas affording occupants an opportunity to connect to the environment.  The proposed dwellings are contemporary, well-appointed and are presented in an enclave setting without compromising privacy.
