The Pandanus Retreat is one of two holiday accommodation dwellings in the quiet bushy township of Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island.
The house presents a number of modest plywood clad rooms arranged around generous semi-outdoor spaces on both upper & lower levels. The informal deck space on the upper storey becomes both the metaphorical and literal core of the dwelling where the majority of holiday time is spent – when not at the beach of course!
