Features 18 new ‘Townvillas’ and three terrace houses on an awkward corner site within the award-winning Fitzgibbon Chase development adjacent to the Carseldine train station. Dwelling size, private open space and car access were a delicate balance, while the pronounced brick base allows the development to frame a public park.  The dwellings were elevated slightly to manage privacy to the park and the main pedestrian route from the precinct to the train station.  Although the units are modest, spaces were designed to have access to natural light and amenity without compromise.
